Tucked behind a private door on Rivington, our private event space Downstairs at Ray's has a shag carpet entrance and plaid covered walls plus its own bar. Capacity is 60 standing; 30 for a seated dinner. 

The main bar holds up to 75.

Full buyout capacity is 125 standing + an additional 50 during warmer months.
